This is also a great time to check the available retailer options to ensure you are getting the best price or minimizing your trips to different stores. You can do this by clicking on the edit icon next to the retailer listed for each product.

Once this is done, your shopping list is ready!

Once your shopping list is ready, there are two ways to stay organized while shopping.

• By Project — view bins and organizers categorized under each project to keep everything at hand.
• By Retailer — items are grouped based on where they’re available for purchase, helping you plan your trips or online orders more efficiently.

Once you buy a bin or organizer, simply mark it as purchased. Then, set the filters to hide purchased items and focus on what you still need to buy.

Whether you’re working on a single project or tackling multiple spaces at once, MDO’s shopping list ensures you have everything you need, saving time and avoiding duplicate purchases.

Yes. Select the "hide" option on any organizer, and it will be removed from your view, letting you focus on the bins you are interested in.

Select the "mark as purchased" option on the product page to keep track of the organizers you've already bought.

If a product is out of stock, add it to your favorites to easily check back later. If the item is discontinued, you can also browse similar organizers suggested on the product page to find possible alternatives.

Currently, we don’t offer sale notifications. However, adding items to your favorites makes it easy to keep track of them and check back for any price updates.

The Personalize My Layout section will help you create your ideal drawer layout of organizers with ease. It’s a quick process that allows the creation of tailored storage solutions for all your drawers. Here’s how it works:

1. Set up your drawer profile: Start by giving us details about your drawer — its size, the number of compartments you envision, and what you plan to store. This helps us generate layout suggestions that meet your specific needs.
2. Choose your path: Decide if you’d like to start with a layout or by picking specific bins. If you choose layout first, we’ll help you create a custom layout for your drawer, then find bins that fit your layout. If you choose bins first, you can pick your favorite bins from trusted retailers, and we’ll suggest layouts that optimize the space using your chosen bins.
3. Review & finalize layout: Once you’ve chosen your layout and bins, review the final setup, make any adjustments, and save your project. You can then create a shopping list from your selected bins, comparing prices to get the best deal.

To start your layout project, head to the Personalize My Layout page to get started. Our Drawer Layout Builder starts by having you enter details about your drawer, like its size, room, and what you plan to store.

To measure your drawer accurately, start by noting its length, width, and depth in inches. Make sure to measure from the inside of the drawer and measure each dimension at multiple points, as some drawers may have slight variations.

For more convenience, you can use apps like Measure (available on iOS) or Google Measure (available on Android) to get precise measurements directly from your smartphone.

If you have a layout in mind, you can easily bring it to life! Use the Sketch Your Layout option (Coming soon!) in the Drawer Layout Builder to draw out your ideal setup. Once you’ve sketched the arrangement, we’ll create a layout based on your design.

In the Drawer Layout Builder, enter your drawer’s dimensions, and we'll create layout templates designed specifically for your space. You can also sketch your own layout if you have an idea in mind — explore, adjust, or create the setup that feels just right for you!

After you’ve selected a layout, we will suggest organizers that fit just right. Browse through the recommendations, pick your favorites, and create a shopping list.

Absolutely! If you start by selecting your bins, the Drawer Layout Builder will adapt the layout to fit them seamlessly, so you can begin with your favorite organizers, and we’ll create a layout around them.

Once your layout is ready, you can preview it in the Drawer Layout Builder and make any adjustments — resize, rearrange bins, or try different setups until it feels just right. You can also save your project and come back anytime to tweak things.
